(A) Cancellation of Order before Dispatch

  1. The Store hereby informs User that User's receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify the Store's acceptance of User's order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the Store's offer to sell. The Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of User's order to accept or decline User's order for any reason. The Store further reserves the right any time after receipt of User's order, after prior notice to User, to supply less than the quantity User ordered of any item. User's order will be deemed accepted by the Company upon shipment of products or performance of services that User has ordered as indicated by the Company's servers. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to User upon delivery to the common carrier. The Company may require additional verification's or information before accepting any order.
  2. The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and User's credit/ debit/ cash card charged. If User's credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and User's order is cancelled, the Company shall immediately issue a credit to User's credit/ debit/ cash card account for the amount of the charge.
  3. User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a "Cancel Order" request, by logging a call with Company's Customer Care Center by phone on +91 8899110011
  4. "Cancel Order" can be placed anytime after booking of order but before status of order changes into "Shipped" on the Website.

(B) Cancellation Policy for Store Pick Up Service

  1. The order for purchase of the Products placed by the User using the Store Pick Up Service can be cancelled by the User at the Store on approval by the Store manager on the sole condition that the User makes a fresh purchase at the Store. Further, the amount paid by the User for the cancelled order will be refunded to the User after deduction of (0%) Percent cancellation fee

(C) Return Policy for Product After Delivered.
(Only in case of Defective Product, Missing/Wrong Product, Damage & Dead Product on arrival or what you have got is different from what you have ordered)

  1. All Products purchased from the Website enjoy Five (5) days Return & Refund Policy.
  2. Any Product, purchased from the Website, can be returned to the Company within Five (5) days of delivery of the same to User by placing a "Cancel Order" request by logging a call with Company's Customer Care Center by phone on +91 8899110011
  3. Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the Company only if the Product supplied by the Company is damaged, Defective or the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered.
  4. The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.

    Once the Product is Delivered or Damaged or Defective or Wrong Product must be Returned to us via India Speed Post/Parcel within 5 days, And Send Tracking Details to us via WhatsApp: +918899110011 / Email: support@dimox.in
    The India Speed Post/Parcel Charges will be Refunded by the Company to you Within 4 to 7 Working Days After The Product is Returned to us. Return Product Accepted Only India Speed Post/Parcel. We will Send the Replacement Product to you Immediately After we have Received your Product,
  6. In case of Cancellation (Return / Replacement) of order after delivery of the Product to User, User will have to make his/her own arrangement to send the Return. Return Accepted Only India Speed Post & Parcel, User will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to User along with the Product being returned. User should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or product the same in all his/her future communications with the Company in this regard.

(D) Refund and Exchange Policy and Instructions
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased, subject to the following conditions :

  1. Items must be returned within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase;
  2. You must provide your Name, Address and Mobile Number.
  3. The returned items must be Dimox Zatka Machine (Fence Guard) unused with original tags/labels attached.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.

Note:
Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.


(E) Faulty Items Returns
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
